What is a bubbler.

    I have been toking for around 4-5 months now, and Till i became active on online forums i never heard of a bubbler. So ya what it is and how does it work?, I know what a bong and everything else is, I just don't know what a bubbler is :)

    A handheld pipe that has a downstem and holds water. So a waterpipe you hold in your hand.

    it is a pipe that has a small downstem and filters the smoke through water. btw this should be in apprentice tokers
