Using chaff as a counter measure for RADAR isn't a secret, nor is it a secret that they're obviously going to be testing their systems here. Doesn't at all prove any kind of geo-engineering conspiracy.

I'm not defending anything, I'm questioning the validity of these claims in the first place. The video you posted didn't provide evidence for any of these claims, it mentioned military aircrafts testing chaff to avoid RADAR, that's no secret and doesn't provide any evidence of spraying chemicals for the purpose of reversing global warming or whatever the case.
