    What if you don't vent your grow tent? Will any ill effects happen?

    YES!!
    Plants need fresh oxygen/CO2..No venting = no fresh air ..Besides an exhaust..a small cheap fan blowing across the tops will help prevent bud rot later in flower as well
    I use 2x 6" clip on fans + a 6" exhaust and passive intake in my own 3x3x6..never had an issue either!;)
