What does clear look like?

    My theory is that it is black because space is black for the most part and there is nothing in space. Unless there's a big black banner surrounding the universe:confused::confused:

    Clear is transparent.

    Whatever is under it. It's colorless, completely beside color.

    Clear by definition neither reflects nor emits any portion of the visible light spectrum
    It transmits light

    I know but what of there there its absolutely nothing around it.

    Then it would be invisible and you wouldn't be able to see it.

    Well it's black because there's no light lol, and assuming there is light; the human eye can only see so far so yeah.

    Idk if that's making any sense but I hope that contributes to the conversation somehow lol
