no dont buy it even if it was good bcus for half of that cost you can build your own and make it how you want it!
Oh, I didn't even click the link. sorry. well, after looking at it I think it's ok.... but kind of conspicuous looking. PC fans are usually in the back. No Led's or junk. The bulb looks like the right one. That hydroponic setup looks half assed though. I doubt those plastic tubes are getting enough oxygen to the root zone unless the holes are very tiny and there are many of them, with a high pressure air pump. those pumps can be pricey and loud.
Being loud is okay, I guess my main question is, do you think it would work? Obviously by which I mean, it would grow nicely? silly question I know.
There is nothing 'budget' about that. It's overpriced. Would it work? Sure if you want to do a little micro grow. Personally I think PC case grows are a total waste of time.
