What did you make for dinner?

  1. Just made a simple dinner tonight. Pan fried, wild-caught ahi tuna, jasmine rice with toasted sesame seeds, and a mix of corn, onions, mild red peppers, and peas with a bit of real butter. I had green tea with it.

    It's been over 10 days since I made a dinner. My sons have taken over the house for the most part- I made sure they learned how to cook and manage a house when I home-schooled them for 3 years, many years ago. I get to stay in my room and play on my computer. :biggrin: I come out for snacks and tea.

    for me, I always make something simple because I already had an exhausted day of working so I don't want to make it complicated. too many steps and I don't have that patient
