Make a little paper hat out of a newspaper sheet and place in on top of the paper towel roll. Glue some googly eyes on it. Draw a nice big smile with a marker. Tape two popsicle sticks to the bottom for legs. Stick on pipe cleaner (the fuzzy colored kind), through the center so it looks like two arms. Call it "Wilson."
