What can I cook with alcohol tincture

    Ok, so I made a cup or so of alcohol based tincture.  It is strong as a couple of drops under the tongue will lay me out.  I tried to make some Jello, but the wife could still taste the alcohol (190 Everclear).
     
    I have searched for recipes, but can't seem to find any that list any edibles that can be made from an alcohol based tincture.
     
    Any suggestions?
