Week 2 of 12/12 ,,,,left light in room on during dark period!!!

    I use a 1000w hps during my light on phase....
    Today I turned the lightbulb on in my room and forgot to turn it off...so while my HPS was off for 12 hours,All my plants were subject to one pretty dim and small light bulb through the whole dark period...


    will this affect them if its only a 1 time thing?This is Day 14 of 12-12

    will my girls go hermie now?
    Some of them are feminized seeds

    i honetly dont think it will make too much of a differnce. im sure ur bulb is just like an incandecent ... i wouldnt worry

    I agree. It could make a difference, but you'll probably get away with it once. If the bulb was a CFL there's slightly more chance of problems. I'm sure I've done it once on each of a few grows and it made no difference.
    Just the same, you'll have to wait and see. Don't lose any sleep.

    And worst case, a couple of seeds mightn't be a bad thing.
