Weed is 100% legal in North Korea?

Discussion in 'Marijuana Legalization' started by D00DY_T00DY, Dec 1, 2013.

  1. “@UberFacts: North Korea is the only country where marijuana is 100% legal to grow, sell, possess and use.” Did not know that

All this is just advice. Do whatever the FUCK! YOU WANNA DO!

  2. It's also a communist country so it probably helps keeping the people subordinates to Kim. (just kidding  )

But it's sorta odd. I think it's "legal" in the sense that it's tolerated and not prosecuted, not in the sense where there are shops to buy directly.

  3. There's only one solution ........we have to kill lil kim.

  4. Haha I love seeing these posts.
This has to be at least the third one I've seen so far.
Haha, yeah the world is a mysterious bitch, aint it?

  5. But still legal.. Of all the countries to have weed legal its North Korea... it's so surreal hahaha

All this is just advice. Do whatever the FUCK! YOU WANNA DO!

  6. I don't get it, whats your point? Isn't legalization what your looking for?  :confused_2:

  7. It's just weird that of all countries to legalise weed first(to my knowledge, correct me if I'm wrong).. Like 100%legalise is North Korea... I find it strange haha

All this is just advice. Do whatever the FUCK! YOU WANNA DO!

  8. They see it as stupid to crack down on something they don't consider dangerous. The weed there is weaker and there is still a black market so to speak but the government don't prioritise it highly, in fact not at all.

  9. :smoke:  well i guess im packin my shit and movin to korea

  10. This. This is how most countries should look at it, I believe an MP in the UK said the war on drugs has failed... They're trying to stop the 2nd most used recreational drug(alcohol being number 1) of course it's going to fail hard. They're spending millions trying to stop a plant when they could legalise and tax it. rather than making criminals out of nothing.

All this is just advice. Do whatever the FUCK! YOU WANNA DO!

  11. I heard that amrijuana cigarettes are more commonly smoked than cigarettes because Kim wants his workforce to stay healthy.

Kinda ironic that when it comes to pot laws, North Korea is more "free" than the land of the free.

  12. I don't think anyone really knows if it's REALLY legal there, maybe it's just tolerated and not enforced (reportedly, use and cultivation of cannabis is widespread in North Korea, but those are not fully confirmed facts), there's no precise information on that since, as far as I know, North Korea doesn't have all of its laws published on the internet like most modern nations have nowadays.

I knew they were rite all along - Heil North Korea

  15. So you can smoke weed but if you say one bad thing about your leader you get shot? Ya fuck that lol I will stick to illegally consuming cannabis.

  16. Yeah but the downside is that if you get the munchies, your only real option is to eat your neighbors

    :-/

    :confused_2:

But I hear Korean is pretty good food :smoke:

  17. I watched a travel/food show last year. I think it may have been "No Reservations". They showed buds being openly sold in the market and commented on the surprising legal status in such a restrictive environment.
