Blood test at a doctor? They wouldn't care even if it did show up. I get blood tests done frequently at work... they'd tell you if it's a "drug test." Otherwise, you're fine.

Even if they do find out, they can't tell anyone. If you're on this site, you're over 18, and they have to honor doctor-patient confidentiality. They can't even tell your parents.
