In growing terms its basically flushing the plant. You give it straight water for 2 weeks. And that takes out most if not all of the nutrients. Gives a better less harsh smoke. But if your referring to what enjoyandlive is talking about then he said it best
Water curing is something you do when you have a fresh cut plant that you either sprayed too much or didn't flush and need to remove chemicals, it's not something you do with shitty dry herb to make it taste better. Grow your plants right and there is no need to even know about this.
