Water and de-carbing.

  1. One thing I saw a lot during my decarb mission was that when you dry the material, the THCA turns to the wanted THC. When I look at the molecular model I can see the water molecule that leaves. I can also account for the CO2 that is released. What I can't figure out, is how to balance the equation. Basically, you know it works in practice, now I wanna make it work on paper to possibly create easier, faster methods of converting the acid.THCA is C22,H30,O4THC is C21,H30,O2I have seen the water from decarb experience, but have no idea how its coming from this conversionSent from my iPad using Grasscity Forum
