Transcension Hypothesis Just like the big bang, which started as an extremely compressed piece of matter, we as humans are trying to compress ourselves, less matter, and we would essentially create a black-hole like reality where we are living off of a matrix. Basically, it's the belief that (based on historical records) everything (technologically wise) is becoming so small (first computer = size of a room, iPhone chips = size of a nail) that we will essentially create live in INNER SPACE (as opposed to outer space), which would be a matrix constructed by information and technology. it's an interesting theory. it does make sense. but..what are the implications? even if this was legit, what does it mean? it explains the lack of alien intelligence being detected, but, then again, so does the ignorant amount of space between each star, let alone galaxy.
