How do you know they didn't get a warning ? if you did, they should of and probably did, if you actually want this looked into PM RMJL the site admin and she will look into it. Never post it on the open forums, that's another rule broken, and you will probably get a infraction. Mods aren't selective. Or at least aren't usually selective
Sometimes we over look things, or don't have time to read through the whole thread so we act on the report we received. We make sure we try our best to treat everyone the same, but we are humans not machines and we miss things sometimes. If you want to make sure the other person receives the same treatment make sure you report them. But making a thread like this is the wrong way to fix a problem. No one on this website you help you with a question like this besides me or any other moderator, so making a public thread about it is pointless and can only cause unnecessary drama. Next time PM a moderator or the admin.
