Should I Use Warm White T5's, Cool White T5's, or a Combination of the Two to Veg? Also, what are the best fluorescents for clones? ~ D
for clones old school t-8s or t-12s work well as they do hardly need any light to grow new roots, in fact it will yellow your clones faster and before roots can form if you use too much light, at least in my experience. For vegging go with the cool bulbs. 6500k daylight bulbs are my fav, but 4100k is alright too.
