My current army consists of 10 Chaos Marines 5 terminators 5 Havocs 2 Obliterators 2 Greater Possessed 1 Master Of Possession 1 Venomcrawler My color scheme is Stegadon Scale Green primary, Chaos/Abbadon Black secondary, Corax White trim, Drakenhof Nightshade as my wash and Valhalla Blizzard for my bases.

I play Death Guard. I enjoy killteam more than standard 40k games. I also play Conquest (Dweghom) Kings of war (Goblins, Forces of Nature) which is a rank and flank fantasy game and of course DnD and Pathfinder. picking up some battletech this week actually
My man what makes you like KT more than standard? fwiw me and my friends play 4k pts vs 4k pts without objectives, just destroy the enemy army is the only goal
Mostly the reason I like Killteam over 40k is just that its so much more simple, less going on, more relaxed feeling. I play Kings of War competitively, so i tend to pour all of my thought and effort into that. Whenever I get time to play other games its nice to just worry about 10 or so models haha. having said that I AM getting the itch, and im starting to look into putting together 2k points of Death Guard. I'm missing the first 40k Tourny this weekend in my town since Covid started and I really wish I was there haha.
Correct, GW can suck a long dick. I'll never pay money for another GW book in my life. to each their own tho... i know some people really like to have a physical copy of their books
Spent $3k on space marines and necron armies a few years ago, painted half of them then got burnt out and sold them for half what I paid haha.
Honestly, there is truly only one rule to Warhammer. And that rule is to have fun. If painting and selling was fun for you, I'm all for it.
Yeah I should have started off slowly instead I dove in head first and got completely overwhelmed with the amount of work I needed to put in.
