I'm about to build a 17x18x12 sealed growroom. Can I use the warehouse wall as a wall in my room, or should I completely enclose the room in drywall?

Depends on what the material of the wall is. If it's dry wall, go for it. Just one less wall you'll have to insulate and drywall.
