  1. It has been said with some accuracy that a people get the government they deserve. Is the problem with our system? In other words, should we change the Constitution? Or perhaps the problem is that the American electorate pays too little attention to the serious matter of governance and too much to trivia?

Or do human beings in a democracy always face these challenges? :smoke::confused:

  2. The problem is we've become too democratic, no checks and balances. The Constitution we have now is just fine, we just need to follow it.

"Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard." - HL Mencken

  3. Yes, our current system is the same as every other system in the world beside north korea. :p

    Abolish the federal reserve
    End so called democrary
Bring back the confederation of republic
Reduce the state down to city size level or perhaps abolish the state system together.

  4. +1, some stolen wiki info:

  5. People that willingly give up their individuality to become part of some mob and give up their freedom for the "good of society" deserve what they get. If you willingly submit yourself to slavery you really shouldn't bitch when your master demands more of you.
