Chinese made crap. Whenever you are thinking about purchasing a vape, ask the following questions. Where is made? How long is the warranty? Where do I send it in for warranty service. Most of these fly by night companies will never give out the information as to where they are made. Most of these fly by night companies "may" offer you a warranty with absolute no information about where to send it to for repairs.
They make 3 different vapes. Why don't you contact the manufacture or distributor and ask them to email you the instruction manual?
