Visiting Portland, info please

    So I'm in Portland visiting my cousin, she doesn't smoke or know anything about how to get bud (I hate I missed Hempstalk!). So I'd like to know what some good dank might cost, the best places to find other tokers, and anything else I should be aware of.

    Are certain areas of the city more 420 friendly than others? Is there a local protocol, or is it cool to just walk up to people and ask? I was thinking about hanging around a headshop or park. I've had connects back home for years, so I've never had to approach random people on the street. I appreciate the help!
