Simply is it ok to visit your plants at night with a LED flashlight? im not trying to make them go hermie on me
It depends on the stage your plant is in. For veg growth it's fine to take a look at them (Especially if you're scouting for slugs) but during the flowering stage you really really (Can't stress enough) shouldn't disturb them at all. Any slight disturbance during their dark period in this stage will effectively destroy the hormone that it processes inside itself to produce flowers and THC. Short answer; No, not even an LED. -JC
