well i just got a spyware and i have no clue from what and my trendmicro virus protection ran out does anyone know a free one i can use untill i go buy one from best buy which wont be till i have some extra money.
Comodo has a free security suite that's actually quite good. It updates often and includes everything you need for internet security(on-site spyware, malware AND adware protection, firewall, on-site virus protection, hacker protection, etc.)

To first remove the spyware, I would use Spybot Search & Destroy. Paying for anti-virus? No need. I have used Avast for many years, and love it. There are others that are free as well.
