Had been in contact a few times with the shop about some problems with my order. I ordered on saturday the 29th, and the Ecoupon was dated to end 8/15. I logged on later after my order on the 29th and the coupon had changed to 9/15. i promptly emailed the shop to try and get 10% off. They politely obliged. - Awesome Then i needed an address change as i didnt want it shipped to my university, and they said theyd do their best because it was shipping from a third party. They ended up being able to get the address changed, and it arrived yesterday, intact. Will definitly be doing business again, thank you. A+

came in a plain jane white box, with nothing really on the label. it was VERY discreet. mine came from a third party from what i understand though.
