I'm planning to do something interesting. There is a small portion of unused land behind my Kitchen. I'd like to create my own organic kitchen garden there. But I don't know how to commence. I've few doubts regarding it. How can I know whether the soil is fertile or not? We have a compost pile in our yard which contains organic kitchen wastes. Is that enough for my garden? I recently read about Vermi Composting What Is Vermicomposting? - Junk It!. Has anyone tried this method? Is that method efficient?
