Hell yeah!! There are a million dispensaries in VB. Get baked and watch the street performers. Last time I was down there, they had a homeless couple collecting (and asking passerbys) roaches. They had a jar filled with roaches and it said "please donate" on it. Cops walking by didnt say a damn thing. Had to give them a high 5 for that.
^^ haha that's pretty funny about the donations. I must have a skewed assumption of what it's like if there's that kind of open smoking. I'm so stoked Blades. Come throw me some change! I'll be the one with the look on my face that clearly shows I'm amazed to be beside the Pacific.
