Vapor vs Eatable

  1. HI

    Anyone knows what best way to get the CBD and THC in to the bloodstream. To eat it or vapor it. Treating pain but also prevent future illness. Are using high CBD stain and are not clear if beneficial compound reduces when vapor

  2. You get the most cannabinoids from eating (and more from vaping than smoking).
  3. Definitely edibles. Vapor is healthier than smoking but edibles are best way to consume. Just find the dose right for you
  4. Morning, smoking gets the least medicine in but it's fast. Vaporizing gets much more med, like 90% vs 15%,  in than smoking, as quickly, and the effects last about as long as smoking. I figure 1 1/2 hours for both. In a pinch smoke a bowl :smoke:
    Tinctures, check out PsychedelicSam's "Another Tincture thread" here on GC, gets a nice dose of med in and pretty quickly, if you can take the "sub-lingual" route. But even if you don't it's working in 15-20 min. Cannabis coconut oil caps have the deepest, longest lasting effects. I figure 6 1/2 to 8 hours of relief. I don't eat it, other than the Tincs and caps, so I can't answer how well food works.
    Dosing is a big issue and both Tinctures and Caps are the most accurate. Once you establish your dose you can lock in your treatment schedules.
