Valentine gift for my ex-gf?

    V-day is near,and I gave my ex-gf a gift,cuz she is single.she left me cuz of long distance.
    I bout this couch potato costume for her.However,she think I insulted her.
    She like watching tv,and stay in front of it for the whole day.
    I sent it to make her happy,what's going on?
