Hello GC! I found some switches online which have the capability of shutting a pump off once it reaches a certain hg level, and which turn it back on when it drops to a certain hg level. I would like to get such a device for my pump, but I am not sure how it would install...most seem like I would have to rewire something (which I rather not do if I don't have to). This seems like it would save some life for the pump itself since it would not have to sit there pumping a constant pressure non stop..? Just wondering if anyone has any experience/ideas/advice about this &/or installing the switch?
I make oil quite often and have lots of experience with running/purging lots of material and let me tell you, there is no need for what you explained. Explain your reasoning for wanting that
