Wouldn't it just be as simple as everyone being nice? If everyone was always nice, no one would ever consider causing harm to anyone. There'd be no killing or stealing or even rudeness. A simple change of attitude like that would bring about utopia, I think. Gradually, laws and societal norms would change to reflect our new perspective. Just a stoned thought I had a while ago lol.
to be honest, i never really thought about this. i think it would make things better, but probably won't solve everything
