Hey there, I was wondering if any of you guys have some info for me on US jurisdiction in the Netherlands. I am wondering this because currently I'm running a mail order service in which I send cannabis to foreign countries, airtight sealed. I've done this successfully in the European Union which is quite alot safer then actually sending outside the EU. Currently I have some customers from the US that want to buy from me. I know the anti-drug law over there is terrible. But what would happen if I send small quantities through the mail, and one will be caught by customs. Will they actually go as far as trying to get me prosecuted? Anybody that has some info for me about the jurisdiction the US has in foreign countries, especially the Netherlands. The last thing I want to happen is that I get shipped to the USA to sit out a jail time over there.
