I really liked the playing after the first minute or so. Definitely got into it.

You have to commit to your lyrics a little more. You trail off on the last word of a line, and it really weakens your presence. I'd hazard a guess that it's a confidence thing, because you are getting better. Get those lyrics out strong, from beginning to end. You can see the difference between your first verse/chorus versus your chorus around the 2'30" minute mark. You sound much more confident and in control of your voice as the song goes on.
