Last night I saw several shooting stars and it looked like a meteor shower. But I heard nothing on the news or anything of there being one... Is that weird or am I just being paranoid? xoxo
sometimes there are things in space, and they find earth off a schedule lol but yea there is one soon so it could just be related to that
The Geminid meteor shower is now active and will reach maximum activity on Thursday. I forgot last night and tonight is going to be cloudy.

lastnight was fuggin epic how many i saw. loaded up a fat bowl out of the bubbler, threw on a comfy jacket and just sat out for a couple hours. i live in a rural part of town and we saw one prob every 30 seconds, if not less. me and my roommates have been calling it space rain haha
They're thinking Earth might run into another debris field left from a different comet at the same time, so there could be 30+ extra an hour. A New Meteor Shower in December? - NASA Science
