we are aware of the issue... i can get quotes to work, and bare with me cause this is just weird but if i put my cursor in the post box... and hit backspace until the grey words that say "reply to this topic" appear, then i hit quote... it allows me to quote.. thats on chrome... on firefox i seem to have no issues quoting at all
