Trying to move out of fraternity house

  1. I made a post before about my academic troubles and I feel one of the sources that has come to this is living in the crappy off campus house that we have. I live in the same small city as the university I go to just on the other side of town so it's super easy to commute . I feel living there has put a damper on the relationships with my brothers and changed my view on the fraternity in a negative light. I've been home for winter break and I really don't want to go back into that house but I'm not really sure if I want to miss anything this year. The thing is we pay rent so it will be really my loss when it comes to my wallet. I don't want to leave the house on bad terms with my brothers without them thinking I hate them and I'm not sure if the landlord will let me break the lease. Any has any advice about this?

  2. Don't break the lease.

  3. Living with your brothers should make the relationship stronger
