Im going to start off saying this is my first grow and I germinated some seeds already in a wet paper towel and planted them into a soil mixture of peat moss and top soil in some solo cups in my backyard. But I live at my moms still cause im only 18 and I was just wondering how many weeks, aproximately ( I know its hard to give an answer to this) until my mom will be able to tell they are weed plants. Ive been looking for a spot to plant them once they outgrow the solo cups but Id like to keep them in my backyard as long as possible since they get a lot of sunlight, about 10 hours direct a day.
I'd say about one or two. Once you get the first true set of leaves its kind of easy to tell. Take them to their spot already!
Yeah I'd say you should go find a secluded field or opening with equal amounts of sunlight that you could grow at. You'd be surprised at the number of "hidden gem's" there are in the woods.
