    Alright sit down and rotate your foot in a clockwise rotation then while still doing that draw the number 6 with your right hand. your foot will automatically change direction...its crazy!!!

    Give it a try its pretty freaky!

    no ur mind thinks ur foot changes but ur really just focusing more on the other direction that ur hand is goin when writing the 6, therefore ur mind goes from clockwise to counterclockwise.

    No idea. Maybe because I'm a drummer? One of the hardest things to learn is to keep one beat going with your feet and another going with your hands.
