It depends on what you are trying to accomplish by doing so. Those leaves look like they are doing a fine job of making food so the plant can grow. If you cut some off, they won't be doing their job any more. So I guess it depends on what benefit you are expecting to get and whether it outweighs the hindered growth that you will get
First....... why? Second. I would not, they are not that leafy, They look like decent seedlings. I grow some bushy bubbliciouse clones that had 10 times the bushiness going on. Way too much so that's when I trimmed.
