    It's hard to say a min. with trim. Just use it all. It's just trim not like you're gonna smoke it or anything.

    So even if I have like lets say,5 grams. I can still make oil? dayum
     
    Can I even use bud(grinded) to make oil?

    Well be within reason. No 5 grams of trim I don't think would be enough but I'm not that experienced with using trim. IMO 5 grams of quality bud is the min, to make a small amount. Trim is less potent therefore you would need more. 
     
    In the end there is only one way to find out.

    Woah,I always thought you were obligated to use trims to make oil. Holyl shit,if I would of knew htat before -.-
