Trichomes and Pistols

  1. Okay I understand to wait until the trichomes are at the ideal stage, But will my pistols ALL begin to turn the dark amber color when ready to harvest.

My plant is halfway through flowering and I just needed some pointers!

    Thanks!

  6. Hi... Lot depends on the strain if the pistils stay light or get dark, but as Toasty said, it doens't have anything to do with the plant being ready to harvest. Trichomes are the only sure way to tell if it's ready for harvest.

    Good Luck!
