transplanting tips

    what are some basic tips for transplanting a plant about a month old.Its on the"7th stage" its been growing in the ground and i'm going to put it in a pot with organic soil mix.I need to transplant it because its in a bad spot if it wasnt for that I wouldnt touch it.I tried search and looking other places sorry if I missed it-thanks for any help:smoke:
