Train Security

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by TARDIS girl, Dec 19, 2013.

  1. Okay, so I've been scrolling through the internet looking for info on what Amtrak's security is like, and while helpful, most of it is several years old and tends to apply to places other than Texas. I will probably be going on a train sometime at the end of this month, from San Antonio to Houston, and I was wondering, would it be safe to bring, say, a dime bag with me? I'd keep it hidden on my person somewhere, and I won't be checking any baggage. Any advice/experiences had would be greatly appreciated. I'm pretty wary of law enforcement in general, and so I'd like to have some more information before I decide. I know they do random checks, and have dogs there, but to what extent that all goes, I'm not really sure.

  2. I am not educated in train security to a high extent. However just stick to the general rules of not getting caught with weed. Keep the weed bagged in a secure location on your person, don't arouse suspicion and only commit one crime at a time.

    You should be alright...  :confused_2:

  3. any amtrak train ive been on you get on, find a seat and the only time anyone will bother you is when the people come by to mark your ticket or you wake up to the person next to yous face in your ass (happened to me). There's always a chance they might check people for some reason but highly unlikely

Yeah this is what I imagined (apart from the face to ass porno action?). Theres no way the security checks can be that extensive it would not be economically viable and would waste far too much time.

I would in your situation certainly bring my dime bag with me if I desired too.

  5. If you see the dogs start to walk up to you from a distance, just put the dimebag hidden on the train somewhere, until they leave.

  6. Cool beans. Yay for me then! I'll probably ask around some more, but from what I've heard, security doesn't seem to have changed much in the past few years, so I should be fine xD

  7. I brought a quarter ounce on megabus and whenever i opened my backpack to get something the whole bus smelled loud. No one said a word besides my friends i was with

  8. He'll bring a mini bong and toke out the window with snaps. Seen hashbean420 do it on a video

  9. Sweet! I'm certainly looking forward to the trip now! Thanks for the feedback. xD
