I was examining one of the stems accidentally tore it a little. It didn't tear it off, just part way through. It's White widow in the third week of flowering. The flowering head of the stem had started to flower already.The stem has about three sections to it. Do you think the stem will still flower and do you think the plant as a whole will be okay? Should be fine. If it's drooping or hanging at the break you can put a bit of duct tape or even a small band-aid around it to support it. If it's really dangling you can tape the wound then cut a small segment of a straw, slit it lengthwise, then fit it over the wound for support.
