hey guys this is my first grow, I’m a little concerned I’m giving my girls too much light, I’m running viraspec. 600w LED veg only right now 18-6 while they are young I was about 18-21in away moved it back to 25in away because I didn’t see much growth in past day and one seedling was bending slightly, medium ffof. Anyone have any tip with similar set ups
You're good. Don't expect them to grow too fast yet, they don't have much of a root system. The have to crawl before they can walk. Once they can walk, running comes pretty quick.
Yea you're good. You're lights are at a decent height. Just be patient as @3rd Monkey mentioned above.
