For people like me with a not too good short term memory... I have been to this other website which has this thing called "my threads" Its basicly like its own forum except you have your own and it just shows all the threads you have posted in. It comes in real handy when you come back the next day or so and want to see what comments people have made about what you said. I dunno its just a suggestion i think it would make things alot easier.
You can have e-mails sent on threads you want to keep up with.. I use "todays topics" and can find threads I have posted in..
I sometimes want to do that..go to your profile, at the top right hand side, you can search for all your posts..I dunno if thatll help but i use it sometimes, it helps me out.
I just scan over the entire first page list and just check out the new and the old. Seems to work fine. But sometimes I wish it could be easier - may take up some of those suggestions.
