    Say my state, pennsylvania, would pass medical marijuana, how would i be able to get a licence, would it come to me just outright asking my doctor for him to prescribe it?

    Different states do it differently. You will most likely have to get a referral from your doctor stating that in there professional medical opinion, you would benefit from smoking marijuana for medical purposes.

    Then you would have to register with the state, and pay for some sort of Identification Card, then grow/go to dispensaries to buy Medical Marijuana.

    Michigan just passed a "Medical Marihuana" bill as they called it. Yay!:hello:
