green it is should i cut off some off the largest leaves to get some more light or is this just stupid??

of my 9 plants ive killed 4 males and im sure 4 of the 5 thats left is female the last is hard to tell but im happy 4 out of 9 is ok right? now im gonna search for an easy cheap way to make som hash of my male plants.. if someone got a link pls post
