It is so easy and inexpensive to just buy a cheap glass spoon. I have seen them for less then 10$ at cheapo smoke shops in town. Far better then using a tire pressure gauge, just sayin... With that said, you could make a pipe out of a tire pressure gauge. Depends on the metal used and you would have to gut the parts out of it. You would also need to clean it before use. I would use it only if it was made of aluminum or brass.
