tincture infused hard candy

    Here's a couple shots of our hard candy. We give it to our patients suffering from lower gi track problems such as crohns and ibs as well as for myself for my sciatic nerve damage . This candy works great and tastes even better :) two or 3 pieces the size of a quarter and good night

    so is a tincture item bestest for GI ailments? is any edible effective?
    have a couple other questions allong those lines if you don't mind my asking- let me know thatks.

    I like this! What are your methods? What type of tincture is it? Glycerin? Everclear/151?

    also, how much herb did you start with?

    i think i might try this. i have made hard candy before, and i did lolipops, so i think ima try it with lolipops my first batch. how much tincture should i put in per cup of liquid hard candy, and would any thc boil away with the alcohol? thnak you very much, and +rep for the awesome treats.

    I am not going to say its the best for the ailments, but it sure helps curve the effects of the medicine and in some cases has gotten rid of the need for medicine all together. I wouldn't say any edible is effective as it depends on the person. Some people can't handle chocolate and some can't handle a lot of plant matter. Everyone's different. Ask away :)

    Its everclear refiltered 15x than used 30 g of trim and stem. I'm making glycerine tincture as we speak :)

    Its different from hard crack candy to lollipops as our lollipops are the texture of airheads :) it all depends on what you prefer. It depends on how strong your tincture is, how long its sat, and what temp you introduce it into the candy. We add half before any heats used than the other half after we've reached hard crack temp and is on the descent right before putting into cooling pan.

    thanks for the help. but i was interested in how you got the lollipops to be like airheads. i just heat my lollipops to hard crack and pour it in the mold, and when i tried heating to soft crack it was a goopy mess that couldn't be dealt with (but def not like airheads) if you could get me the recipe it would be much appreciated. :D

    I think tomorrow I'm going to make some more hard candy, suckers, chocolates, eh why not maybe even my special gummies. I'm feeling like a food day...ill post pics

    But when making candy, you need to add your canna tinctures and oils -after- you remove from heat; adding half before, is still very wasteful of the potency you're trying to preserve.

    You can still get the hard crack texture you want, without degrading your product in such a way, making it a much more cost-effective med for both the provider, and the patients;

    Todays chocolaty adventure :) cookies & cream white chocolate and crunchy peanut butter white chocolate with extra love. Also some strawberry lemonade hard candy. Sooo delicious

    Could you give me some advice or recipes for making chocolates? I only have tinture or qwiso at my disposal to use
