I came across thrip damage a bit ago and was just able to treat it all today. I used Captain Jacks with spinoside as the foliar sprat and azamax for a root drench. QUESTION: What can i do to keep them from coming back? I heard this stuff should kill them off completely. I use two tents, and their in a 12x12 room... Does this room need cleaning?? I mean i keep it nice and clean, but any serious cleaning? Its where Everything I use for my grow is, soil, nuted etc.... Is it all safe? Never had a pest prob except for a couple nats way back 2 years ago. I dont know much about thrips. any Input on the grow room, in the tents and outside the tent in the room would be greatly appritiated!! Thanks! Jah Bless
I don't know your former treatment but the Azamax, (or Neem) foilar sprayed 1x per month will stop 'any' bugs coming back, do the base and roots too. A photo of the accused and the damage done will help use help you better to my blog thrips http://forum.grasscity.com/blogs/vostok/26678-thrips.html
I've used azamax and captain captain jacks with spinoside today, just wondering if I need to clean outside the tents with a bleach solution or something?
I had em last go and just used azamax a few times and they were gone..sprayed leaves, base if stem where larva climb and the soil..didnt clean anything and didnt have any this round
